Registration


Registration will stay open to the date set, or until team rosters for the division have been filled. Roster spots are filled on a first come basis, and if registration is closed for your boys/girls division you may use the registration page in order to join the waitlist.

Only players who have completed the registration process and paid the NJB fee will be allowed to attend the evaluation. The evaluation is only used to ensure teams are balanced.

We will do our best to place every player who registers on a team, but we are limited by the available gym space for practices and games. In addition we work hard to ensure that that each coach is fully qualified to provide the best learning environment for the players, and the availability of qualified coaches may also negatively impact how many teams are formed.

Note that only if a player is placed on a team will their NJB fee be deposited. Waitlisted players will not pay a fee unless they are added to a team roster.

  1. All-Net Evaluations and team formation occurs prior to Division Evaluations
  2. The All-Net fee will only be cashed for those players chosen to the All-Net team
  3. The All-Net teams will be formed by each All-Net coach, and validated by the Saratoga NJB Board

  4. Division Evaluations will take place over two weekends, and only players who have paid the NJB fee may take part in the Evaluation. Evaluations are used to ensure that teams are balanced, and are not tryouts.
  5. Players placed on teams are contacted by their coach who also provides the practice/game schedules as they become available
  6. Players who are not placed on a team will be contacted by our Player Agent and their fees refunded

Steps to register:


Step 1:
Register at the Pre-Registration page which reserves your spot until Registration Day

Step 2:
Come to the Registration Day with the following items:

  • Printed copy of pre-registration if available
  • Copy of player’s proof of age (Birth certificate, Passport page that shows players age, etc)
  • Copy of residency (Utility Bill, PG&E Bill, Property Tax bill)
  • Payment for Division can be made in person at Registration, or by mailing to the PO Box, made payable to "Saratoga NJB"
