All-Net Guidelines
The goal of All-Net is to put together the best combination of players to play in higher competition. The team is chosen
by the coach, but oversite is provided by the All-Net commissioner and Player Agent to ensure there are no obvious flaws in
the process.
- Player Eligibility
- The only player guaranteed placement on the team is the coach's eligible child. However, it is important that the boy/girl
be of an all-net caliber player or the All-Net commissioner may need to determine if that coach is the best choice for the team.
- Players from the current grade level may join the team, or players from an earlier grade 'IF' there is no All-Net
team for that player's grade level.
- Team Draft
The team will be formed from the list of eligible players who have expressed interest. However, discretion is allowed
for the coach so he can have players that fill all the needed positions. In addition the style of play the coach
intends to implement may influence which players are chosen for the team. This may result in players with top 10 talent
not making the team due to the coach's decision that other positions, or players with a different style were of higher
need so the team could be more competitive.
- Team Validation
Once the team formation has taken place it is the responsibility of the All-Net Coordinator to confirm all the correct
processes and guidelines were followed, by reviewing each player on the team roster.
- Refunds
Players who withdraw from NJB will receive 100% refund if the decision is recieved by the All-Net coach prior to team formation.
If the withdraw happens after team formation but before the first game 50% refund will be processed, and 0% if the withdraw happens after
the first game.
- Player Drops
If a player decides not to continue with the team a replacement may be added so long as it does not interfere with
the roster of a Division team that has already been formed.
